SEASONAL PRODUCE

Vegetables

Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, onions, garlic, potatoes, peas, beans, and some occasional others.  We grow all of our vegetables from seed and choose varieties specifically suited to our short growing season in the North.  All of our plants are grown in our own (non-certified) organic compost, which makes them healthy, strong, and full of nutrients.  You HAVE to taste the difference between our fresh vegetables and what you might get at a grocery store!

Fruit

Freshly picked, sun-ripened berries can be purchased at our farm stand, when available.  Our raspberries, blueberries, and choke cherries grow wild on the property and we forage them sustainably, allowing most of them to stay on the plant for feeding the local wildlife.  This means that when we have berries available, there isn't much and they go fast!

Herbs

Basil, mint, parsley, chives, cilantro, oregano, or dill: we grow them all!  Whether you'd like to buy your own plant, or just take a few sprigs of what we have growing, both options will be available at our farm stand this season.

We also have some wild medicinal plants that we forage from the property, including; borage, comfrey, burdock, chamomile, milk thistle, calendula, echinacea, mullein, mugwort, plantain, and stinging nettle.  If there's something specific you're looking for, please feel free to ask!
