RABBIT MEAT

Rabbit meat has a similar look, texture, and taste to chicken, but with higher protein, almost no fat, and low cholesterol.

Use rabbit to replace chicken in any of your favourite dishes; from pasta to pot pie.  It's also a great substitute in any recipe for someone allergic to chicken.

We've collected some of our favourite recipes below; please enjoy and let us know your thoughts!

MEAT PREPARATION

If you've never prepared rabbit before, you may not know where to cut or what to do with the meat.  Here are two of the best videos I've found for deboning the rabbit (removing the meat from the bones) and cutting the meat into pieces.
